I don't think anyone was "fussed at." People here were simply trying to state to please be aware of what things like advertising teacups really means. A dog is a dog, not a teacup, or a micro mini anything. Or like Mary said, a teaspoon. Sure there can be small healthy pups on occasion, but really to go search for a teacup anything is asking for trouble and possibly finding heartbreak. I also ask for people to remember that the information presented on this forum is done so in the written word, where tones and expressions are hard to read and easy to misunderstand.
For anyone searching for a pup, GOOD LUCK! It's a long process, but once you find a reputable breeder and the pup of your dreams, silly things like teaspoons and teacups will seem so unimportant.
