He's a baby, and he's of the age where he's losing his baby teeth and cutting his adult teeth. He will chew on ANYthing at this stage.
Get him toys to chew ... the bully sticks that were mentioned are good and should keep him occupied for a bit. Mine also liked the nylon teething toys, like the bone - and especially the keys. They're flavored, and the dogs like them. Get him things he CAN chew - lots of choices - and he won't chew the things he's not supposed to.
