Oh, oh, oh...I have a funny story!!!!
Similarly to Vainchick5, I play fetch with Marty pretty often by throwing whatever toy he happens to be interested in into the kitchen. I usually do this from my computer desk which is pretty close to the kitchen door. So one day I was doing homework and he wanted to play. I hated to ignore him so I half-heartedly threw his bone over my shoulder into the kitchen. It made the funniest noise! I had no idea where it had landed so I went in the kitchen to find out...and it was IN his water bowl!!! I could never do that again if I tried! And Marty...poor little guy didn't know what to do! My husband and I were cracking up watching him "dive" for the bone, but he just couldn't get it out which made the whole thing even more funny. When he finally stopped trying, his whole nose was dripping wet. It was too cute. I stopped doing my homework and played with him for the rest of the night....couldn't resist after that. |
