What you need to clarify with this person is what she meant about papers or no papers; breeding rights or not? Most of the time with this type of breeder, it is only a matter of money. But, keep in mind a good/reputable breeder would never sell a puppy with breeding rights to just anyone wanting to breed. Much more goes into that type of sale.
