Regardless of whether or not this little guy has liver issues there is NO WAY that she is acting appropriately with that outrageous request of money. Not only that but he should be her responsibility for the rest of his life due to the medical issue that he has. IMHO if she absolutely as a
last resort needed to rehome one of the two Yorkies it should be the one without the medical issues. As Elaine said above he should be placed with a reputable rescue in the very least and she should not be trying to unload his for that outrageous amount of money. Maybe she is just trying to make enough money to purchase a new and healthy puppy
