I have a neutered Yorkie puppy (5 months old) who also barks at my cats and the cat will stop and stare at him. This has gone on for the 2 months I've had him. But, last night he and one of the cats slept on the bed at the same time with no barking (maybe he didnt's know the cat was on the bed?). Twice he has barked and gotten too close to the cat--ouch!
