Yup, i'm with you. I can't even go for a few hours without chipping them. I do too much stuff daily with my hands that it just won't work. I almost don't even need thimbles anymore bc my fingers are so callused. LOL
I've only been to a nail salon about 2x in my entire life. I can't justify paying someone to do something i can do myself. On a side note, my dad used to get mad at my mom for going to the nail salon, back when they were married. He said, if you're an attractive woman, men are not gonna care if your nails are painted or not. On the other hand if you're unattractive, no man's gonna say oh she's got some nice nails! LOL! Can't beat that logic!
