I purchased the Ruff Wear Portage life jacket for Emmitt. Got a fantastic deal last winter at R.E.I. Outlet online. We plan to take Emmitt with us on the boat this summer and we have some big plans for this coming Christmas -- will Santa find us out on the ocean in the keys?
