Veggies are fine. Some are better than others. Just make sure you're familiar with the dangerous foods list first. Cooking them (and some say pulverizing them instead) increases digestibility. I don't think it's a good idea to give too many raw veggies. Canned are often full of salt which isn't okay. I use the canned green beans with no salt added; fresh, cooked carrots; cooked spaghetti and butternut squash, etc.
