It could be the harness. I would think it would have to be pretty tight to make those marks though. Unless it keeps rubbing and slowly making those cuts. I'm looking to buy the silk step in harness from a YT member. My step in harness seems to tangle Twinkies hair and it drives me nuts. I think the YT members name is chattiesmom. Check it out!
