the ingredients of the bakery items (though that one is probably pretty obvious) and an accurate size chart/how to measure for the collars. I always read the "about us/about the business" section on people's websites - why I'm not sure, but for whatever reason (realizing they could write anything) it makes me feel safer (or not-depending on what they've said) about purchasing from them.
