When Sapphire has an upset tummy, I give her some white rice. Depending on when she starts, I give a little in the morning then a little at night until her poo firms up. lol
I gave her cottage cheese once as the "frosting" on her little home made birthday cake.
Her and her three cousins (now she has four cousins) each had a piece.
