I weigh Cocoa on a normal digital scale that we (the people) use. It's quite accurate as the result is pretty similar to what I get whenever I weigh Cocoa at the pet hospital. If you want a more accurate result (or if your puppy is very small), I guess you can also pick up a small package scale (you know, the kind that they use to weigh packages)... I remember seeing it at office supply stores like Staples, OfficeMax and OfficeDepot... for the price ranges from $20-$40.
