Maybe, but those that sell puppies for a living this is how they talk.
I've been to one dog auction and this is how they described the dogs- good mother, in heat, large litters, easy whelper, etc. Besides those affliated with rescues everyone else was there to buy dogs to sell them to make money.
The young females went for hundreds of dollars, old males and young males went for literally $10. It was sad.
The images I saw that day still haunt me...
