Unfortunately, I guess this isn't unusual behavior after major changes in their life. I would go back to containing her in a small area that is covered with papers so that she must get used to the feel of paper under her feet again when she pees. I expect she wasn't peeing on paper at the kennel. She, therefore, got unaccustomed to the feel of it under her feet. Praise lavishly (& maybe treat) when you catch her doing it right. I'm betting it won't take long for her to remember to do it the way that pleases you! |
