Lol Olive sounds like my Momo when he was a pup. I used to give him a bully stick to chew on while I brushed him bc he would attack the brush. Now when I put him up on the counter, he knows it's grooming time & he'll stay still...doesn't need anything to distract him, but he likes chewing on his toothbrush lol.
