SO happy and grateful Chloe is doing well , and healed up so nicely. Personally , I have 40% severe burns on myself... Thinking of such a small dog getting burned the way I had makes my heart break. I saw the wounds and knew they were the worse type. As soon as the skin is black it means all the layers are burned . I did not want to post this , because it is personal , and to see a sweet, innocent yorkie go through what I have been through really saddened me.
Their is nothing more painful then a burn , so I know dear Chloe is a fighter . Everyone who took care of her had to know excatly what to do for her , and to prevent the infection which i s truely what is the most scariest out of burns this severe.
SHe looks absolutely amazing now . Her burn scars will take at least a yr to heal completely , she is through the rougheset part though , and a sweet little miracle .
Chloe and I have something in common , love to meet her someday . It thrills me to know that she pulled through and will be ok.
