Sorry that you are having problems with your pets getting along.....I have the same issue with my Yorkie and a Persian cat! When Daisy gets the 'zoomies' the cat chooses to flee the room or jump up onto higher up furniture. My other two cats will hold their ground and even play with Daisy. I suppose my advice would be to make sure the poodle has an 'escape route' of sorts when the puppy play gets to be too much for her, and to always supervise closely. The puppy should calm down a bit with age.
