Well, you didn't post enough info to really give advice. Why do you say she's a preemie? What does she weigh? Most importantly, what are you feeding her?
It's good that she's made it this far but newborns have a VERY delicate digestive system. I've hand fed babies before and I always use canned goat's milk (diluted w/ equal parts water and add a little karo to it. I wouldn't recommend any of the commercial milk replacements. The eye dropper is a good method but you have to feed by the drop. They can easily aspirate the formula if fed too fast.
