If she is eating, drinking, peeing, pooping, etc normally... I would just keep a close eye on her.
She may just be tired, mine fight a lot during baths and it wears them out sometimes.
She could be in pain from teething.... I sometimes wet a washcloth and freeze it and let mine chew on that for a few minutes (watch to make sure they dont swallow any of it)
I hope she perks up soon!
