Wow your little girl sounds just like my little girl! I saw they make Puppy pills or something you can put in their food to prevent or stop them from "play" biting...not sure how effective they are, but I may have to try it out. I do tell my little girl NO when she tries to bite my fingers or when she gives me kisses and then tries to bite my lips of nose, but it's not working even though I repeat myself constantly like a parrot!
Also, I find that playing "canine" music - classical tones, really calms my girl down. I bought and downloaded puppy music and put it on when my girl is going nuts (especially if it's at night) and it calms her down and she's in her bed halfway through the first track. I'd be happy to send you the zip file of the music if you are interested too.
