Out of curiosity, I watch free classifieds online for things like this. The pennysaver online classifieds are FULL of scams....I e-mailed one just asking general questions about their puppies and the info I received was similar to what you posted. I think the people that I e-mailed were in Africa, though. They wrote with broken English, etc...
So sad that people actually trust a scam right in front of their eyes!!
