I look forward to Summer mostly because I'm a 12 month employee in a school system and the Summer without school in session is BORING! July is so dead at work so I use a lot of my vacation time and only work 3 day work weeks. Thurs and Fri are mine to do with as I please . . .lounge by the pool, hang around and be with my furkids . . .and me and DH always have weekend date nights with cocktails and cheese/crackers either out by the pool or on the patio . . .So I guess my own backyard is my favorite get away during the Summer.
We are also taking DS and his girlfriend to Disney World in July . . .so looking forward to that as well! Gonna sweat our butts off!
