Restless Tails™ Backpack Carrier has a streamlined pod design - comfortable for you and your pup. The backpack straps are padded for you, and there's a soft removable pad on the floor of the carrier for your small dog. There's an open mesh window for ventilation at the top. The long (12 inch) tether can be attached to your dog's collar or harness and since it's affixed toward the floor of the carrier, he can sit up or lie down.
