Because I edit the Vendors List, I occasionally get feedback from buyers, I always encourage them to try and work it out with the vendor and if they are not happy, post a review. So many people "don't want to cause any drama" so they let it go. I really wish people would post reviews and tell their side of the story, especially when a product is poorly made, or they experience something very different than what others are saying. The sad thing is that there are others who have told me the exact same thing about the vendor, and they want to know why nobody has posted about it.
