I am outraged by the amount of cross breeding, mixed breeding, what ever you want to call it!
Then these "designer" breeds get placed with no spay/neuter, oops pregnancies happen and the cycle continues! That is why our shelters have an abundance of dogs! Not to mention, the public needs to be a little more educated as to what they are purchasing, not just because the puppy is cute!
