Again when she gets into the no no's call her name (ONCE) draw her to you and before you know it she will get the idea. She just has no idea you mean business she thinks this is a game. Don't worry she will do fine.

This is what I did. I got a long leash, 26-feet I think, and worked with him outside. I used a treat every time, but it makes sense to at least intermittently use just praise. He's now pretty good when he's outside. He still runs from me in the house sometimes, but that's because he makes me laugh so hard it's become a game.
