This happened to me on another forum once... ordered a product from a well known member (not a dog item) and the quality was soo poor even after everyone had raved about the stuff this member sold, it was soo disappointing and such a waste of money and I felt like I had no recourse because the member was a long standing and well liked on the board.
Thankfully I have had nothing but good experiences here so far, I am sorry you had a bad one
