OK...Rucker was neutered yesterday. I brought him home and he ate a treat after going potty yesterday afternoon late, but he won't eat his dog food. He will only sniff at it. It has almost been 24 hrs since his surgery. When can I expect him to be eating again? Also, his shivering was SO BAD last night! I wanted to get up and post but was afraid to leave him. He finally stopped shivering/shaking about 4 hours ago, so I take that as a good sign. Was that an effect of the anesthesia? I feel so sorry for the little guy cause all he wants to do is sleep!
