You have to remember that they are in Italy and sometimes it takes awhile. I have waited a month, since they usually ship out in groups. When did you email them? If it was Friday afternoon, they might not answer till they get back on Monday. And since they are across the world - you have the time difference too. I would not worry about it. I have gotten things from them before and always get it. I love my magazine too! |
