The heat cycle lasts for at least 3 weeks and it's been my experience that the last week when most people think they are out of heat is when they are the most ready to be bred. I usually breed a girl on the 14th through the 21st day every other day. If it was your intention to not have puppies, and your girl is too small to have puppies with out potential complications, I'd get her spayed ASAP.
I know there are some vets that won't do a pediatric spay but it can save so much heartache. |
