My yorkiepoo Winston is a great dog. He looks like a real life teddy bear. We got him at 5 months old & now he's almost 10 months old. We went to puppy classes with him & he learned sit, come, stay, down & I taught him up (to invite him up on our laps to dry his feet from the rain). Now he's in the intermediate class & learned wait this week. He's extremely affectionate - all he wants to do is sit in my lap & be petted. He lets us know when he needs to go to the bathroom & plays well with his toys, my nephews who are 1 years old, & other dogs at the dog park. I was not a dog person, but wanted a dog to keep my company while my husband works nights. Turns out I still don't like other people's dogs jumping on me, especially big ones. But I love when my baby jumps up when I come home from work & gives me kisses on my cheek. |
