is the lactulose helping ? did he have any seizures? Ask them about denomarin when you go in as that has milk thistle and sam-e or you can do them separately if you want as they help restore and cleanse the liver - also juicing zucchini and celery together as zucchini cleanses the liver and celery cleanses the urinary tract
