So after that I have been using this web site to see what places lodges pets and so forth and all you do is click on the map of the state you R going to visit and it will list out who allows pets, but call and check to verify they R still pet friendly. Thanks so much for the info. I usually take Gus everywhere with me. He is such a good boy. He doesnt mind being in his doggy bag, just as long as he's by me. I take him to my nails, to church, the market, There is not too many places I don't take him. But these last 2 times,,,, I had no choice. (the hospital having my appendix taken out and womans state prison visiting my sister) We are expecting a baby girl chi in a few weeks (keeping our fingers crossed that there is a girl born to the litter) I am hoping that with another fur baby, it wont be so hard on Gus to leave him behind.
As for Gus not eatting,,, he's doing much better! I mixed him a table spoon of chicken and half of a table spoon of rice and he took it down with no problem. He's even going into the other room by himself to drink some water. But after he's done he jumps right back on my lap or lays across my feet. He even played with the kids some,,, but kept looking back to make sure I was there.
