Dogs love paper - not just toilet paper - any kind of paper. My dog will empty a kleenex box in a few minutes. One of his favorite toys is a wadded up piece of paper that he can run around and play with. I think any dog that stays puppy-like and playful is going to continue to love playing with paper.
