Armani tested positive when he first came home... he was on panacur for 5 days or so and then he was fine.
WalnutHill: it often comes up during routine checks because it is just found in a stool sample... many vets have you bring in a sample during your first visit and subsequent yearly visits, so it is just found when they look for any other parasite.
