Whew boy, my girl is the tooting queen! She doesn't do it often but when she does even my boys have to leave the room. She actually did it last night - we had just gotten into bed and she was turning & turning, trying to find her spot. Just when her little but lined up with my face she let go.
It took quite awhile for my sinuses to settle down before I could fall asleep.
