Good luck with the "low-cost" part. I also love that combination of colors and have been looking online. The lowest cost I found was $850 plus the cost of flying the puppy. And can you really know if it's a real Biewer or not. I did find some rescue sites that I'm going to keep watching. Just google Biewer rescue. Good Luck! I'll post again if I find something.
