 Pyrantel pamoate
hook worms or round worms as it is the treatment for them specifically...if it is a mixture of pyrantel pamoate and another wormer or dewormer I should say the it could be for tape or whip worms but if that is the only ingredient then it is for hook or round. Google search them in dogs and see what you can find about how to clean the infected area and see what else you can use to kill them in larva stage and so forth.
