She doesn't like to be groomed much either, and I was surprised the bow lasted as long as it did! When we got home I took it out and she had a faux-hawk so I put a rubber band in, but it was gone by morning. I know it stayed in until at least 4am (I couldn't sleep). Maybe she can start wearing bows more often to start getting used to it
