Linda, I see this thread is a couple of days old. Are they still itching?
With so many scratching, I would doubt it's the food. Have they been anyplace different? Did you change any cleaning products, etc. recently? Do you know what the allergen levels in your area have been (thinking this sounds environmental more than food allergy related).
