I agree. I put off getting Uni's rabies for like 2 1/2 yrs, and finally thought I need to be responsible and do it. Little did I know what an unaltered dog in CA 's license costs $100 a year! I should have just not done it. I've never seen a raccoon here before, let alone a rabid one. Well whatever.
