Biewers are not recognized by AKC. Biewers are a breed which orignated in Germany and the pedigree on both sides will trace back to the original breeding pair Fu Fu and Darling Friedheck.

The gold coloring is not the result of a "gene" per se. It is the result of a gene mutation.
Would that then mean that the F1 is a mixed breed?
