My Scooter is 7 months now,my first yorkie.. his fur is growing slowly..How long does it take for a full coat of fur?..any tips on healthy coat? He looks beautiful after baths but then he gets scraggly,
if thats even a word..lol..and he has one piece of black fur on his silvery forehead that sticks out like a horn..only in my family..lol
