Hi, I've been having this yorkie for 5 and a half years. I had a same problem with him. When he sticks his toungue out constantly , that means he doesn't feel well around his mouth. Usually after he eats wet food, that seems to be more.
Wash his mouth with clean water as we do for our human baby after meal...and towel dry. Mostly he will stop doing it. To me, it seems like he is trying to clean ..but the food around his mouth gets dry and makes him uncomfortable. Or it could be because of something caught between his teeth. ( Sorry about my English but I am sure you mothers or fathers would understand my point.

happy washing!)
p.s. : Anyone let me know if it solve the problem.
