I have a 6 year old 24 pound Boston Terrier, and I just brought a very tiny pregnant 3 year old Yorkie home, and they are doing very well together! Like the other posters said, just keep looking til something tells you the little one is the right one!
Also, when introducing your new furbaby to your other pet, I would recommend NOT doing it at your house. Go to a park or something so they can get to know each other on neutral territory. It will help them bond better! I have been rescuing dogs for years and I ALWAYS introduce the new ones at the park. It really helps! Oh, and welcome to YT! You will love it here! |
