Male teacup, under one year of age, grossly underweight and in need of veterinary care needs home. He is being shuffled from place to place and has had very little time out of his carrier. He is emotionally needy and needs to be with an owner that can work with him. He is free of charge and located in the Port St. Lucie/Stuart, FL area.
