I just bought a 8 week old over the weekend and she already got her first vaccination shots at 6 1/2 weeks. The shots included canine distemper, adenovirus type 2, parainfluena, and parovirus vaccine. She got dewormed 3 times. I think she needs 2 more sets of shots at 12 weeks and 16 weeks. BUT one vet clinic said she'll need shots at 9 weeks, 12 weeks, and 16 weeks. I had a funny feeling about this because every other vet clinic said she needed 2 more sets, not 3. Anyways, I am wondering what I need to know before I go to the vet clinic. It's my very first visit for the puppy and I am getting an examination and will have to schedule her future appointments for vaccines.
