Hi, the title says it all. I live in a large city and this is unacceptable. I dashed onto a busy street and grabbed him with honking, swerving cars, just like in the movies :-( not fun in real life.

What is the saftest way to walk your dog? Any other kind of harnesses or even collars/ Yikes...i never, EVER want to take this chance again. Thanks. My dog is 7 months, and weighs about 7 lbs.
