I think treat training really works. Take her out and as she goes sniff say "potty" over and over . When she urinates or defcates say it more in a firm voice . Once she has done the deal praise her an give her a treat. After a while you will say it and she will do it because she will know what you are asking for. You won't even need treats eventually only good praising.
